Want to return a product?
If you decide you are not satisfied with our product, or in the rare case that we sent you the wrong product/an item you did not order, we will offer to exchange it. In the case you do not want to exchange, but would prefer a full refund, we will try our best to satisfy you as a customer. We may ask for you to send the item back in order to fulfill a refund. We will not reimburse for the return shipping, unless otherwise mentioned and approved.
